Jay Cousino, Youth Minister

Jay Cousino has been at St. Andrew for about 4 years and calls St. Andrew his extended family. He is passionate about students getting REAL in their walk with Christ, while being steeped in a community that truly loves one another. Stacy Pell, Associate Youth Minister

I am finally back, for good!! I am thrilled to have the opportunity to serve St. Andrew and the wider North Dallas community full-time, starting in June. As many of you know, my journey started in Corpus Christi, Texas where I grew up. I attended undergrad at Texas A&M University and graduated with a BBA in Accounting and Management in 1997. I continued in Las Colinas for seven years where I worked in merchandising as a buyer. However, during those seven years, working with the youth at St. Andrew and my relationship with God is what I realized was my true passion! So, off to Duke Divinity School I went, in an effort to learn more about God and myself in relation to God. Boy, have I learned a lot over the last three years, but the rality is that even though I have technically earned a Masters of Divinity, I still have so much more to learn! The best part is that now I get to come "home" and continue this journey with the people of St. Andrew. I look forward to us sharing our lives with each other, as we struggle to keep our eyes fixed upon our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!

Jeanne Smith, Director of Confirmation

Jeanne is a native Texan and has been on the youth staff for 3 years. She and her family have been members of St. Andrew for 16 years. Jeanne brings to the youth department her love of Christ combined with an education background and the experience of being a "mom" to three college age sons. Her passion is for the Confirmation Class to see Jesus as real in their lives and for parents to see the value of being a part of the Christian community that is offered in the St. Andrew youth department. She is crazy for Sonic Sunshine Smoothies, whirly ball, and driving the church bus. You can email her at jsmith@standrewumc.org

Traci Hughes, Administrative Assistant

Traci is from Paris. (Texas, that is!!!) She and her family relocated to Frisco in 2005. They are involved in dance, band, art, jogging, swimming and basically having a lot of FUN, FUN, FUN!!! Traci's work history consists of non-profit employment. She has worked with the community of Paris through the Chamber of Commerce and she has worked with the elderly as the director of Meals on Wheels. She also spent ten years at home being a MOM!! She is excited to meet all the parents and the kids as they come in and get involved.
